2. Quotation & Order Rules
- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Official order takes effect only after written confirmation by both parties.
- Customers shall provide accurate drawings, specifications and technical requirements.
- Any order modification must be confirmed in writing and may change price and delivery time.
3. Intellectual Property
- All website text, images, logos and design are the intellectual property of Flow Wing Metal.
- Customer’s original drawings and design solutions belong to the customer; we will keep them confidential and only use them for production.
4. Quality & Delivery
We follow ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 quality management system for production.
Delivery time is estimated, subject to raw material supply and objective factors beyond our control. We will try our best to meet the delivery schedule.
5. Liability Limitation
We shall not be liable for any indirect loss, profit loss or consequential damage arising from website use or service cooperation.
